FAQ
What is infrared therapy?
What is infrared therapy?
Infrared therapy uses infrared light to generate heat that penetrates deep into the muscles, providing therapeutic benefits such as relaxation, improved circulation, and detoxification. This type of therapy can help with weight management, clearer skin, and relief from chronic pain.
How does infrared light work?
How does infrared light work?
Infrared light works by emitting radiant heat that penetrates the skin and muscles. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat the body.
This deep-penetrating heat promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and aids in detoxification by increasing perspiration and opening detoxification pathways. The infrared rays can also reduce inflammation and stimulate the production of endorphins, the body's natural mood enhancers.
What is the difference between an infrared and traditional sauna?
What is the difference between an infrared and traditional sauna?
Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat the body directly, operating at lower temperatures for a more comfortable experience.
Traditional saunas can be uncomfortable and hard to breathe in due to temperatures reaching 80°C-105°C. In contrast, infrared saunas operate at lower temperatures, making them a more comfortable option that heats the body's deeper tissues. Infrared waves offer additional health benefits, such as targeting toxin release in fat cells and boosting metabolism with regular use.
This allows you to enjoy the benefits of high temperatures without the discomfort of extremely hot air found in steam saunas.

What is the difference between infrared saunas and LED light therapy?
Infrared saunas use infrared light to generate heat for therapeutic benefits, while PBM (Photobiomodulation) light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and promote cellular repair and healing.
Infrared saunas emit a broad spectrum of infrared light wavelengths, ranging from 1,000nm to 1,000,000nm, covering near, middle, and far-infrared light. In contrast, red light therapy uses specific wavelengths. Wavelengths above 1,000nm generate heat, which is why red light therapy produces minimal heat.
