
What can I expect?
Our premium private contrast therapy rooms feature an infrared sauna and an ice bath, with a traditional sauna available at our Parnell location. You have 60 minutes to use the room as you wish, whether you start with the sauna or the ice bath.
The infrared sauna is heated to about 70°C, the ice bath to around 6°C, and the traditional sauna to about 85°C. We recommend alternating between hot and cold therapy, with a shower before the ice bath.
Relax in the sauna while enjoying your favorite podcast, meditation, or music on the provided iPad. Complimentary filtered water with electrolytes, organic cotton towels from Baina, and Sans Ceuticals skin and hair care products are provided.
